Vocation Events.

There are a number of opportunities for youth and young adults to spend time learning about God’s love and discovering His plan.

See below for events sponsored by the Office of Vocations and other communities in the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

  • Come and See

    Come & See retreats are for high school men to learn what life in the seminary is like.

  • Kenrick-Glennon Days 2024

    Kenrick-Glennon Days is an overnight summer camp for grade school & high school boys. This event takes place at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in Shrewsbury, Missouri.

    Camp Session One: June 10-12, 2024
    6th & 7th Graders (Fall 2024)

  • Vocation Day Open Wide Your Heart

    Vocation Day
    Saturday April 20th
    7:30 a.m.-4:00 pm.

    St. Gianna will host a Vocation Day for 6th-12th graders. Spend time with a variety of religious orders as well as diocesan priests. Join other young people in deepening your relationship with God and answering a possible call to the priesthood or religious life.

    The day will include the Holy Rosary, Holy Mass, Adoration, Confession and prayer, as well as talks by priests/religious, smaller breakout sessions, and a Q&A panel for the students to ask questions.

  • Discernment Meetings

    Young men are invited to the seminary for discernment talks, discussion, silent prayer, & lunch.

    Join the Office of Vocations and Relgious Communities throughout the Archdiocese on exploring God’s call for you.

  • Love's Reply

    Ladies, connect with other single Catholic women ages 18-30 who desire to grow in trust of the Lord’s love and seek to live an abundant life in that love.   • Altar Call.

    After a summer of youth events and openness to God’s plan, Altar Call is a “next step” opportunity for High School teens to grow in prayer and discernment.

    July 23, 2024, 7-9pm

  • Men's Discernment Retreat

    Attend a weekend at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in early February to learn more about seminary formation, prayer, and how to discern one’s call. Men ages 18-35.
