Provide an insight into your Vocation story - what and who led you to Seminary?My heart was restless in seeking entertainment and comfort. Seeing my brother Michael Lampe become a priest and the joy he has in his priesthood got me thinking what does God will for my life. Over time I brought the restlessness to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and begun to realize closeness to Jesus is what my heart longed for. Mass, Adoration, service, and relationships were giving me peace. After getting involved in my Omaha, NE parish St. Cecilia Cathedral, thoughts of priesthood become regular and desirable. At the encouragement of Deacon James Tardy, Fr. James Buckley, Fr. Lampe, Fr. Brett Jamrog, and others I begun the application process and was accepted.
