There are a number of opportunities for youth and young adults to spend time learning about God’s love and discovering His plan.

Altar Call
After a summer of youth events and openness to God’s plan, Altar Call is a “next step” opportunity for High School teens to grow in prayer and discernment.

Discernment Group Meetings
2025 Dates - August 23, September 13, October 18, December 13, January 17, February 14, April 25
These meetings provide an entry-level opportunity to begin asking questions about discernment. They also form a community of young men, all seeking the heart of Christ. If you are new to discernment, but feel a tug on your heart, these meetings are for you. Meetings are held monthly on Saturday mornings at the seminary.

Bold Response
2025-2026 Dates - September 8, October 13, November 3, December 8, January 12, February 9, March 9, April 13
Those interested must commit to attend at least 6 of the 8 meetings to register.
A meeting of young adult men responding to the Lord’s call. These meetings are guided, group discussions that assist men in discerning their vocation. Bold Response is an opportunity to take the next step in discernment and commit yourself to the Lord.

Love's Reply
2025-2026 Dates - September 10, October 8, November 12, January 14, February 11, March 11, April 8
Ladies, connect with other single Catholic women ages 18-30 who desire to grow in trust of the Lord’s love and seek to live an abundant life in that love. Love’s Reply is an opportunity to intentionally set aside six months to ask important questions with Jesus and to walk forward toward his calling whatever it might be.

Come and See Retreat
This is a weekend Retreat at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary for men in high school. Retreatants will get to experience what life in seminary is like by hearing talks from seminary formators, praying with the college seminarians, and being a part of the seminary fraternity.
Retreat spaces are limited. If necessary, registration preference will be given to those who are actively discerning their vocation and to those who have not attended a Come and See recently.

Priestly Discernment Retreat
February 6-8, 2026
This retreat is for college students and young adults who are interested in learning more about seminary formation and desire to discern a potential call to the priesthood. Retreatants will pray with seminarians, listen to talks by seminary formators, and be a part of the seminary fraternity.

Kenrick-Glennon Days 2026
Kenrick-Glennon Days is an overnight summer camp for grade school & high school boys who are interested in learning how to pray and to discern a possible call to the priesthood. Camp is held at the Kenrick-Glennon Seminary campus located at 5200 Glennon Drive in Shrewsbury, Missouri.
